As a disclosure to shareholders, on April 12, 2016, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. has secured an exclusive right of first negotiation to EP Global Communications,
Inc. ophthalmic technologies via written Agreement between the parties.



Since J&J did the securing, I would assume they had to secure with something of value, whether lab access, money, etc. etc., otherwise it wouldn't make sense. Read my last post on what J&JVC can do for you!
