Thanks. According to OTCBBs standards, CBDS ought to be OTCPK, the worst category of stock because it has not provided timely filings.
The stock is marked as "delinquent."

But, anyway, the more important point is that there is no one like FINRA regulating this company. Investors are on their own with a company that no one is policing.

Thanks to the person who posted the annual meeting information! I wish I could get to Oakland for that. I wonder what they are going to talk about from 9am - 3pm!
