I dont really have any "fear" when swing trading this or any other stock. What i do have is intuition. Whenever I speak to an investor relations officer, I would my line of questioning very carefully with an underlying attempt to extract information indirectly.

In my last discussion with investor relations, they could not comment on anything related to the underlying shareholder equity concerns that we all have, in a worst-case scenario (Chap 11 or DIP financing).

I was advised that if I had any further questions to reach out and they would be answered accordingly. I then made several more phone calls and sent several more emails but investor relations has not responded. If they were even halfway on point, they would have responded with an automated email stating that they were in a quiet period and could not respond to such concerns. In my opinion, it's always prudent to sell ahead of any earnings release unless you have an edge. Shareholders do not have any type of edge right now because the company has been tight-lipped on what's going to happen to equity holders.
