I bought into $asti months ago when they announced a contract with the government and the price was up 130% pre market. I was a little surprised it has steadily dropped in price since that day. Also at one point they announced that the dilution was done or complete and the price still kept dropping. Does anyone really think this boat will turn around or is just going to keep sinking?
