My thought has always been Patten is the golden goose here. The Goulden merger would've been nice for his connections in that Chicago market but it's not more valuable than what Patten brings to the table. Sure they have some clean up to do with their balance sheet but millions in revenue is rare to find in the trip 1,2,3,4,5 level. Most of these stinkies are LOI and random pumps that don't even make sense.

All my opinion of course. Like I stated a couple weeks back it's very understandable people are upset. They waited a while and nothing major has happened. There was still good money to be made here for people who weren't greedy. It went from .0001 to .0008. Regardless of what happens here they need to get the PPS up and I think they know that now.
