Mr. Iler has over 30 years experience in the U.S. Capital Markets with 20+ years experience as Chief Financial Officer and other positions in Corporate Finance of both public and private emerging growth companies in technology, energy, and healthcare industries. Mr. Iler’s creative talent helped him to structure deals to source, negotiate and close debt and equity financings totaling over $1.5bl. Mr. Iler has extensive capital markets experience in capital formation, merger and acquisitions, SEC reporting, PCOAB accountability, NASDAQ Compliance and other corporate development structures including joint ventures, limited partnerships and spin-off entities. Recently, Mr. Iler help founded INFOGPSNetworks, Inc., an early stage SaaS cloud-based company whose mission is to identify, segment and protect digital data in real time. Mr. Iler helped develop a data centric approach to tracking and security of digital data to displace more than $65bl in spending on legacy security software as well as an additional $275bl spent to remediate breaches protected by traditional methods. Mr. Iler has worked for Bear Stearns, Kidder-Peabody and Smith Barney in the finance sector. Mr. Iler also served as CFO for public companies SirriCOMM, and bioMETRX and is a well-respected CFO on Wall Street.
