Yesterday you or someone listed that one of the requirements to uplift was 400 investors. My broker is Scottrade, he said Scottrade would listed as one investor regardless of how many clients they had invested in this stock. If that's true, how many Scottrade investors would scottrade have and how would that count? There has to be more then 300 people invested in this with all the shares out there in strong hands.
