They're already getting some dust-up, so I think you are right and that it will have another day. There is a role for Nasrat in this strategy. He should immediately announce a licensing deal for only Canada to develop and market ELI-154, which is ELTP's 24 hour oxy WITHOUT ADF. Up to 160mg tablets of deliciously crushable, injectable oxycodone per pill. Hell, announce 24 hour versions of non-ADF hydrocodone and hyrdomorphone at the same time. Of course, Nasrat would pick a company with highest ethical standards, maybe one led by Martin Shkreli, or perhaps Valeant (is this why Jerry split??).

I would not seriously hope for any such monsters to hit the market, but I think their theoretical imminent arrival would add an important lift to the discussion. I like a yeasty dough.
