As far as medicine goes, for the most part it is just a job like any other, but sometimes the stakes get high. It all operates on the same principle- treat others as you would wish to be treated.

I suppose the same applies to message boards, right? If I am overly snide, or caustic at times, I don't mind comparisons to leeches, even if I come out on the wrong side.

At least it is interesting- leeches and the placebo effect
