So interesting how different parts of the US see the use of Marijuana:

In Colorado Marijuana was legalized 4 years ago and currently there is a “New Bill Entering Colorado to Fix the Marijuana Industry” it’s going to be passed around in the Colorado Senate soon “It was drafted by Republican Colorado State Senator Randy Baumgardner, in pair with the Colorado Cannabis Chamber of Commerce and the exchange organization Marijuana Industry Group. The progressions could put control and authorizing Colorado’s cannabis industry in the hands of a couple of possibly prominent, huge business people, and remove the administrative procedure from the state’s larger enforcement division.”

Then there is California that possibly will legalize Marijuana this year, but you will have to deal with MMRSA, a set of laws which will regulate medical marijuana businesses - a rather stringent set of laws that will make vertical integration and investment in Cali rather difficult.

Then there is ” The growing number of patients who claim marijuana helped them drop their painkiller habit. This has intrigued lawmakers and emboldened advocates, who are pushing for cannabis as a treatment for the abuse of opioids and illegal narcotics like heroin, as well as an alternative to painkillers. It’s a tempting sell in New England, hard hit by the painkiller and heroin crisis, with a problem: There is very little research showing marijuana works as a treatment for the addiction.”

Finaly you have the “Regulate Marijuana like Alcohol in Nevada” or the “Nevada Marijuana Legalization Initiative” – TRTC stock is the product and what will make it go up? Legalization in Nevada for sure!
