Cobi - from what I can research it appears two cash poor companies were planning to merge - one being a shell and one being an amplifier company. The amplifier company desiring to sponsor artists - say what???? With what money - makes no since unless they are expecting to dump shares. A previous poster stated they had to borrow $19k for operations but then paid $25k to have the company promoted - say what????? Is this true.
