So, "all is in order" means what?

To me it means that everything we said we would do, we have done.

That would mean the deal closed on April 28th as stated in the 8-K.

If it didn't close as expected, than not all is in order.

So, is anyone's definition of "all" different than what other people accept it to mean?

Seems like an obvious word. Either you have everything in order (all) or you don't have everything in order (not all).

So, yeah, tomorrow is kind of important.
