One would be a fool to short penny stocks, there is not enough liquidity. I don't know if anyone of you guys remember Gofundme guy, that lost his entire account plus he ended up owing Etrade some $200,000 for shorting KBIO because he was on margin. His friend called him at work sometime in the morning and asked him, are you still short KBIO, he said yeah hell yeah I am, his friend said, you better check your account. This is going to get ugly for shorts, once that news comes in.
