You're focusing on the dilution like PMCB is a company preparing to file bankruptcy. It's not. It's funding needs to get to clinical trials. It's not an ideal situation but it is a good thing.

You have to stop worrying about regular trading of this stock and that dilution ever interfering with the value of shares. Your value in these shares will come at the buyout. Let PMCB and the other company worry about how they handle those shares. Read up on some other small OTC biotechs and check their dilution. It's not ideal but it is a way to help fund things going into Clinical Trials.

You have been around this stock for some time, this has to feel different.
