Interesting note for all...

My correspondence with FINRA has provided the following statement from FINRA:

VPCO is "a firm that is not registered with FINRA"

In closing FINRA gave thanks to bringing VPCO to the attention of FINRA.

Lol, and I bought more tickets!

Anyone care to explain why the MM board "bid" side was blank all day, yet a billion shares traded? I have never seen this situation before...
