Evidently. I don't know why they didn't just bring an administrative proceeding to revoke registration.

At one time it was a Business Development Company (BDC), but back in 2007, it decided to move into the water treatment systems business. And George Moore was CEO at the time.

It never filed a Form 15 to terminate registration. It simply began filing disclosure with OTCMarkets in 2009:

And then, evidently, the corporation was administratively dissolved in 2012.
