Likely when there is some real meaningful and realistic tangible news the help value increase speculation, being a penny stock, I always expect the worst but hope for the best base on my speculation on the stock because it hard to calculate any real value increase imo. It's also unlikely this thing will move organically upward when most of the market is down unless we have some substantial news to move it.
