Shareholders have not yet sued the Wallace estate (and Neil as trustee) in Federal Court.

Never said they did. The action in federal court is Mrs. Wallace suing Geckosystems. Under GA state law, which the federal court applies in this case, a company can be forced to lift the legend. If that happens, then Mrs. Wallace can sell shares legally in the open market. Oops.

btw--spencer has consented to lifting the legend by not appearing in the action. Bigger Oops.
