It creates a false impression because the underlying business was completely unchanged. It's part of the same pattern that had a lot of their long investors buying in the first place. Misleading statements, false promises, not doing what they say they will do. Just like how Nelson lied to Cavuto a few weeks ago, and I won't even protect myself by saying "IMO". Unless Jim Nelson can't read his own financial statements, he did in fact lie. This is admittedly a small one compared to their others, but it's part of the pattern nonetheless.

By the way, if the loan was anything other than an accounting gimmick, it basically means they can't use their cash for some reason.
