IF you have a legitimate complaint, Nathan, darling, you really should consult a lawyer, who I am almost certain would
a) Compose a real letter inciting fewer grammatical guffaws.
b) Would send it privately and THEN file a lawsuit if one was warranted (and deemed collectible should you actually win. Of course, retain the wrong lawyer and all you're likely to collect are legal bills. Ah, but that would mean giving the lawyer a chunk of money upfront...who does that? LOL)
c) Advise that you NOT post your demands on your website. BTW, did you actually mail this? I rather doubt that posting it on your website fulfills Florida's legal requirement (which you amusingly tack to the bottom of the document) of delivery.
d) Advise you to sign it like a normal person, not with
