(a)Buy when he says major buy.IMHO.
(b)Sell when he says major sell.IMHO.
(c)Do not use his sells to go short.IMHO.
(d)Allocation is still a problem.IMHO.

Part 2. What to expect from Bob Brinker's stock/Fund buys.
(a)You must decide before hand the risk you are willing to take.IMHO.
(b)And be prepared to take firm Stop Loss action rather
then depend on Bob's sell.
