CEO Michael James just screwed his shareholders with this deal w/TRTC that is designed to benefit only him! He gets to take what is owed to him from the company and walk away, leaving his shareholders with NOTHING! If in fact this deal was to try and help shareholders, as well as himself, this deal would have been for TRTC to acquire NRTI, along with all its products and CBD Initiative. But that isn't what happened! Instead James did this backdoor secretive deal w/Derek Peterson, CEO of TRTC, to put money into his pocket, not ours.

Jumbo was the first to notice something was going on and after I followed up, it became very obvious that a month ago, when this was first announced, that Michael James was behind it all. Unfortunately, at that time we did not have any definitive proof, but now we do and all our suspicions were confirmed today with this PR from TRTC(see link below). I think it is time we start a class action suit to try and recover at least some of our losses due to this scum sucking CEO, Michael James, who just screwed us all over big time! Cheers!
