First off, how many times do you think anyone is going to request information once they've found out the TA is gagged? And if they did, what would they be charged with? Harrassment?
I'm glad you worded it the way you did, though. Sometimes, people try and claim it's standard policy for TAs not to give out the SS information regardless of what the company desires. At least, you're admitting you yourself have gagged them to keep the dilution from shareholders having knowledge of it.
