Not necessarily. That's the date if it displays in fact close on the 28th. They still had till the 2nd to ink it, so I wouldn't panic. I'm guessing at the latest we see anot her 8k by Friday. Could even be ah friday. I would hold through the weekend. That gives them till monday in my playbook
