they asked Rufus about the average closing price-he just said the $15 share price and he is giving them the 3 options-and he is saying the Option C IS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO!!!!!!

RECALL THE FHAL SHARES INTO CVSU CERTIFICATES, WHICH WILL TAKE 90-120 DAYS, AND THEN THE SHARE PRICE WILL BE $15!!!!

Based on this, it should become an arbitrage situation, right?
