The United States Department of Agricutlture. They published Hemp ethanol is 1/8th the cost of Corn Ethanol. Also that the biomass "waste" from medical cannabis is a $1.5 BILLION dollar industry as we speak. They produce more biomass WASTE for cellulosic ethanol production than any other agrarian industry outputting goods today. Acre for acre and dollar to dollar for production cost, labor, land, and fuel that is.
