There is, sadly, a lot to learn from this dreadful experience.
Given that I bought into this disaster myself, back in October, after the alleged Rontan deal was announced, I am also in a position to learn.
In any event, the SEC has got to do something about the snakes who run GDSI.
If the SEC fails to do something, innocent people are going to continue to be hurt by those snakes, regardless of whether the mechanism through which those snakes hurt more innocent people is GDSI or some other
OTCBB-scam entity.
I suspect, however, that the SEC probably already is looking into GDSI.
Whether the SEC is currently investigating GDSI, and whether any such investigation is, in whole or in part, a reason as to why Rontan backed out of the deal, are issues that none of us, at this point in time, can resolve.
