I could help with the FAQs, as well... not sure if I'd be as good at the warning signs... I imagine those are going to relate to analysis of whatever model one has of their business. But beyond obvious stuff like:

- Seasonally adjusted subscriber growth rate declines

- Increase in churn

- Increase in SAC

it's going to take some thought. Anyone have ideas?

I like the idea of identifying lower-level metrics... I wonder what sort of data we'd need to contruct them. (Besides access to NFLX back-end systems, of course. LOL.)
