They don't care about their so called losses because dilution is the only way their salaries get paid so they come out way ahead even if the share price goes to zero. As an added bonus, they come out even farther ahead if the longshot of oil comes through. They win either way. We don't.
Most everyone has figured this simplistic scheme out. But a few haven't.
