William did not take over this public company last year to eliminate all share holders anyone that thinks that is umm well maybe kind of dumb...think about it...lmao

The guy runs the company that this will be merged into...why the hell would he eliminate all shareholders...he's eliminating Delmar and his goons...

The attorney if he even did send an email was talking about the shares listed on the reorganization plan and no where is common shares listed...please show me where common shares are listed...wise up or stop buying pinky stocks...
