For the Insiders to get their share price in they're like to buy up what they can in the beginning this is why you saw the ticker go current and you have seen some big purchases sense, once those purchases have been made they need to wait a few months to pass the red flagging of the stock and also to allow all you buyers and sellers to give up and let the stock settle down if they were to announce a merger today too many of you would have already been in on the bandwagon already but if they wait a little while knowing that you're addiction to gambling will cause you to sell out of sheer craziness they will wait on that the stock price will fall again they will buy up more shares and once they have filled their pockets with as many shares as they can take away from the public they will let the stuff died down a little and then announce the merger I allow their pockets to Skyrocket this is why the this ticker became current and this is why the stock will fly through the roof but not right now the two companies will not announce a merger this week next week or even next month this takes time and the SEC and FTC track this kind of thing and if big purchases of stock were made within the last 60 days before the stock shift it is an automatic red flag in their computers automated system flagging, insiders are using holes the buyers are holes they are not the insider themselves making these purchases it is Friends of Friends things like this family members blah blah blah blah blah happens all the time in this business welcome to trading stocks on the OTC. So the real key to trading this stock right for the big money is to sit back and relax. Don't watch the ticker daily. Once a week. Think of it like you no longer have that money, it was already lost until the ticker hits $1.
