Yes, you are 110% correct. Mann paid about $45,000 for his stock if my memory is correct. I have been in this longer then most, almost as long as Mann. He is 100% the reason I am in it to this date. I got in just after the pump and dump happened as I seen that he was not part of it, he held his shares, and to avoid a criminal investigation the parties who orchestrated the pump-and-dump voluntarily released their shares back to the company rather than make money off of them that is where you see those shares going back in comma after watching this and knowing what was happening I know at some point Mann would want to get this blemish from under his name and having the intellectual property rights for the Western Hemisphere to an extremely good Tire recycling method which is a leading technology in the industry, I knew this would be a good investment at some point, never expected it to take this long over two years but hey anything worth waiting for you know. All of my D&D I have done points directly to Klean Industries, but people also forget that there are many other companies that would fit as a perfect merger with ASUV. One other thing to think about is the fact that the Japanese had given exclusive license 2 harmonic energy for this technology, and as for now with the new incentive programs being given out in the u.s. from the government to recycle things like tires you are seeing a boom and Resurgence in companies retrofitting and redesigning to do this, many will be interested in this technology, show in short, Klean is not the only option. And Dorman and Dead stocks do not become current after 2 years, most of all in the OTC.
