Traditional funding IS bank lending.
When does the $500k order start? How long is the $500k over? Wasn't it actually a middleman who was going to try and sell $500k worth of product? What happens if they don't?
Insiders rarely sell in competition with toxic financing. They do one or the other. Toxic lenders don't want to compete against people who get shares for free.
