Can't "set aside" the toxic debt. It's there and it's one of the reasons I don't see them getting uplisted.
Lack of revenue, losses, negative working capital, net liabilities, toxic debt - they all mean no bank is going to lend them money and no investment bank is going to back a secondary offering, IMHO.
And without cash, there's no way to generate profits. And without profits, there's no way to get cash. Yes, a large catch-22.
And without cash or profits, there's no way to meet the criteria for any exchange.
