UPL will trade as UPLQ due to the bankrupcty filing. Will have to see what happens here with the oil/gas leases ect, a lot depends if the company is trying to restructures or if they are filing BK to wrap up the business. I would hope they can pull this together restructure, and emerge with out much more damage to the common share holders.
