Yes but the point is there is really no 'news' here to reflect on until and unless the PTAB rules in our favor.

This company will behave more like a call option on a one drug bio tech that has to get through the first level of FDA approval

Realize, the company is worth zero if the PTAB says the patent are invalid, and worth a great deal if they say the patents are valid.

Sentiment has said, no one trusts the ptab, so until they rule, very few real market players are getting in here.

Add in the fact that downward pressure recently has nothing to do with sentiment and more with a convert holder selling, charts mean little.

Charting a 2 cent stock whose value will be solely predicated on how the PTAB rules is pointless. No one can 'accruately predict' that - thus the market is assuming unless they rule in our favor this is pretty much just a lotto ticket / call option with the only value being 'theta' or time value at this stage. If theta runs out (ie PTAB rules against us), the value will be zero
