IMO Avid should be spun off ASAP with most of the cash on hand.
1 share of Avid for every share of PPHM. New upper management and BOD with bio manufacturing experience should be found by proper recruiting firm. With proper management and leadership Avid could become a long-term high dividend paying stock and grow in value.
