Hmmmm..back in 2007 I had an attorney that used to work for the SEC Western division lined up to take this as a class action. All my posts were deleted instantly every time I posted by some of our "insider" moderators. 2007 would have been the perfect time to file..and now almost 10 years and multiple scam attempts later we have yet another atty requesting personal info??

I'm all for a class action because it's the ONLY resolution here..because this will NEVER trade again for any reason. My question is What is the remedy this new attorney is seeking? We have endured a succession of a long line of attempted scams of "insiders" seeking "donations" for legal aid in recruiting law firms. If it's anything other than a class action, which I'm not sure is still doable because of Statutes, than I'm afraid it is yet another attempt at scamming us shareholders to squeeze yet another few dollars out of the gullible.

Can someone please post what the intent of the law firm is. I can and will find out for myself, but I want someone to go on public record here.
