Yep another court hearing on May 26th I think against Marilyn Janovec. That hearing will take 30 seconds. They needed to stagger her hearing and Delmar's hearing with his being first. Gave themselves a month in between them in case of any issues with the hearing this last week. There were none, but hers is nothing but semantics at this point. Everybody knows her shares/position will be extinguished. We just have to show up at court and go through the motions.

I have no idea what the signifucance of Wednesday is. As far as I know, there's nothing going on that day. I've done a ton of DD this weekend and saw nothing about this wednesday at all. I'm hoping to get some correspondence from a particular person who is "in the know" with AmeriResource Technologies Inc. sometime tomorrow morning, that will give us some vital info about exactly what's to come this week. I'll post here as soon as I hear from them. I wasn't going to say anything about it...but I'm too excited about what I'll hopefully find out tomorrow. Kind of a friend of a friend of a friend situation that I discovered while doing DD Saturday. Put a call and email in to them Saturday but they are out until Monday morning.
