The late K filing is understandable since our financial person left due to personal issues. We don't know the details why and probably never will. Respectfully leave it at that.

Obviously if there wasn't anything to report, the K would have been out on time. Maybe there was to much $$$. We have never had issues reporting no revenues. This one Is different indeed! Because we have started generating revenues after the long development stage.

Regardless this is the first time we have been late filing and it just happens to be when we began generating revenue. Judging by the ample positive PR's I am very excited!!! This company is shifting to great Highs and when the first 10q comes out in 2weeks we will see how blessed we are to be connected to such a Great opportunity!
