Actually the proposal happened April 19th as per the 8-K.

So, why bother disclosing it 3 days before it closes?

How exactly does this help shareholders?

The deal needs to close otherwise this has been a debt/noteholder converters dream.

I want to drink the Kool-Aid but something just seems off.

If closing is announced Monday Morning I will buy.

I want to make money as well, that's why I am still watching.
