Is this the same AMD that sued its customer Alcatel because Alcatel did not buy some flash memory at an above market price? Yes there was a cancellation clause, but semic companies don't sue when a customer

Good customer relations and no short term greed there. Yes there was a cancellation clause, but semic companies don't sue when a customer cancels too late. It is just too big a black mark with customers.
