There really isn't much to the construction. Its literally a big pond lined with vinyl with drain tubes. Dirt is then piled onto it and sprayed down with cyanide to dissolve ore from rock. This is in the most simplest terms if I am understanding correctly.

Legal woes should not be any all permits are in hand.

Right now its in Lemas hands to get the construction finished and then tweaking to get highest efficiency as possible for recovery. Then dig, rinse, repeat more ponds.

I really like the idea of going from top down instead of going underground to get to the veins. That also shows how rich our mine is. We have enough surface gold to just start digging and throwing on a leach pad and be profitable until we reach the rich veins
