VPCO does have a RS coming. 1:10k-1:20k, able to execute at any time without a warning. I would guess that it will be done within 90 days after pps went bellow .01 so they can maintain QB standards.

FYI: a company can split as many times as they want as long as FINRA approves it. FINRA has approved VPCO's 1:10k-1:20k split.

Years ago I went through 3 forward splits with TRAC in a matter of weeks.
