To be fair, the 8-K does say that BSSP will raise $41,698 to bring filings current.

Previously, I mentioned that 89 Million shares at 0.0005 (this was the big T-trade this week) would give $44,500

It could be that VNDM was simply obtaining the money for these costs.

Or .... saying they needed $40,000 would get people to hypothesize that dilution was legitimate .... when it was simply dilution.

Fun times on an OTC stock indeed.

Good or Bad .... we should know how the ride goes this week.
