Of course I want confirmation of the deal.

We need the confirmation otherwise BSSP Shareholders will be Knocked Out.

Would love to see Monday Morning news.

They PR'd last Monday and given they provided the April 28 2016 deadline I would hope that they would tell us within 4 business days of a Material Event.

For those keeping track, Wednesday May 4th would be 4 business days after April 28.

And, if the deal doesn't close by May 2nd - Monday - the deal can be terminated by either side. (Again, this is in the 8-K filed.)

So, yeah, Monday is kind of important.
