I know you like to talk about the bogus NI 43-101 report. That form is widely accepted as a form used by mining companies around the world to pass on qualified information. It is no different then the JORG form used in Australia or the SEC industry Guide 7 used in the United States as required by the SEC as a legal document. Each has it's own good and bad aspects in it's format. It only becomes illegal if it is filed with it's respective jurisdiction and the information is bogus. If it is used only as a format to release valid, verifiable information then there is nothing bogus about it. The Geologist that filed that current form said in many parts of the report that things could not be verified as required by the format and instructions. That form is a very good indicator of past performance and history of the mine that is accurate and a truthful statement of it's history. Where things could be verified, it was stated as verified information, where more studies needed, he stated that. There is nothing in the report that was not true or verified per the requirements by the format by the Geologist. Many people in the industry feel the SEC industry Guide 7 doesn't go far enough to provide information. That guide has not been updated in over 20 yrs yet technology has advanced tremendously in the last 20 yrs and the SEC hasn't caught up with it. If you go online to find a format for a resume you are writing but the employer doesn't recognize that format does the information in it become bogus? What part of the report is untrue? What part of the History of the mine is a lie? It is only a format to pass on verifiable information about the mine, what part of it is a lie or bogus? I will wait to hear what part of that report was not a true and accurate statement by the geologist. If the information given is inaccurate that is issue, if the information is accurate in it's form then what is bogus about it.
