VoIP-pal will not go from "pink sheets to fully reporting" until their claim/allegations of fraud are either accounted for or thrown out because without that discrepancy being audited ...well you know the rest!
This also applies to the CHILL,will not be lifted until all is accounted for etc...
Read the filings and you will get a chill down your back,looks like the BOD will be held accountable,in other words IMO this will cost the share holders...JMHO
