If IFCR is raking in 24 million a year for multiple years now with less than half that in debt, as they claim, then why did they need to dilute this SOB to the point of sinking it to the lowest depths possible??? I mean, Dumping F'n POS Dave always talks about how he is "looking after shareholders interest and shareholder value" yet he is willing to allow this POS to crash from a penny to the LOWEST POSSIBLE PPS?? It doesn't add up, and yes he did say PR's were coming out, the poster even quoted the e-mail, could it have been false? perhaps, but I have a hard time believing that 1.5 BILLION shares have been dumped since two days after that post for completely unrelated circumstances. Seriously, why would a company making 24 MILLION a year for the past two years, and a company who is always looking out for the best interest of the shareholders allow almost 2 BILLION shares to be dumped on the .0001's?? That is a lot of folks who are eagerly awaiting to dump them on the .0002's and .0003's basically keeping us stalled out until r/s or BK. Oh yea, and then there is the fact that POS Dave also tried to run away and quit back in December, why would a CEO who has generated a 24 MILLION dollar revenue stream want to run like a coward?? and why would he inflate the share structure if things are so wonderful??? Just a bunch of BS going on around here with a bunch of company folks selling lies so they can flip their 2 BILLION .0001's on the up-tick. Those 1.5 Billion shares dumped on .0001 equals $150k, Dave was willing to crush every shareholder who is still holding anything above .0001 rather than dip into his 24 MILLION DOLLAR revenue?? Doesn't seem like he is too worried about shareholder interest to me...
