Yes,I am sure your right that J&J insisted on a nondisclosure agreement.

But even so,you always see the Company and the Attorney's addressing the reporters with "satisfaction" over the terms and "to have this now behind them".

Or are you thinking/saying complete silence on this is what's being called for...not even a PR. Which would explain why one wasn't issued this morning. A total black out?

As you said,only "licensing" or "royalties" or "payments" or other terms in financials will give clues as to the settlement details.
